So I have gotten a Lenovo X390 it came with windows 10 everything worked in that
I installed Debian 12, I have this issue

The Issue

Touch Pad works fine, but randomly it will stop working
I have found the following similar posts and so far running
sudo modprobe -r psmouse && sleep 1 && sudo modprobe psmouse brings back mouse functionality for some time

Steps I took,

Installation 1 (I re-installed debian after this as I made a mess)
https://pastebin.com/0nQ2yKkY
we had these errors

ETPS/2 Elantech Touchpad: device removed
I'm not a expert on debian etc but to me it looks like it looses connection randomly

Install 2

I have a clean install of debian now
the issue still persists i have tried the steps in the below by zmxth
https://forum.level1techs.com/t/thinkpa ... 4/163821/2

worked temperately so i reversed the changes and tried this by galaaz314
https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comm ... with_elan/

this worked but then it came back and I have to do a
sudo modprobe -r psmouse && sleep 1 && sudo modprobe psmouse

every time i loose my mouse!

Logs

dmesg | grep -i elan = https://pastebin.com/MmeL2jAp
