Crash on suspend

Hi Folks,
My laptop crashes on suspend. It does not happen right after boot. But if I work with my laptop a bit, and then put it to suspend, the crash happens. The screen is still on. Everything is frozen. Ctlr+Alt+F2..12 also does not work. I have to hold power button and turn it off.

I have totally lost the standby feature of this computer, and have to boot up everything from scratch every morning. Any ideas would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
