[Networking] [SOLVED] [Networking] Realtek RTL88x2bu driver

Hi,
Please make this make sense. I have tried various things after extensive research. I understand I need the driver but I'm getting stuck whatever I try.
Is there a full guide and link that I can follow to install the Realtek RTL88x2bu driver on Debian 12?
I have got this thing working on a wide range of other distros using network manager.

nmcli returns:

enp37s0: unavailable
"Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411"
ethernet (r8169), 2C:F0:5D:20:3E:2D, hw, mtu 1500

lsusb returns:

Bus 003 Device 004: ID 0bda:b812 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL88x2bu [AC1200 Techkey]
