[Software] s-tui cpu monitoring does not show power consumption

Hi.
I want to measure the power consumption of my cpu while running a stress test on my new (used) Lenovo T480s to see whether this issue:

still exists.

s-tui seems to be a tool that can do both.

When running s-tui however the power consumption does not show, why is that?
