[Software] System/Kernel? randomly resetting, can't find a reason in logs (stable/12)

I have a complicated one here.

SYSTEM: ASUS ProArt StudioBook H5600QM
Memory: 32.0 GiB
Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900HX with Radeon™ Graphics × 16
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 3060 Laptop GPU / AMD Radeon™ Graphics

PROBLEM: The system is randomly resetting like someone pressed the reset button on a tower, when they had them back in the day. It has happened 100 times (ish) in the last 2 months and I can't find ANY reason in the logs or commonality behind it.

I have checked:

• kern.log
  user.log
  Xorg.0.log
  Xorg.1.log (problem even happens without Xorg loaded and CLI only)
  dmesg
  boot.log

It started after 6.1.0.0-18-amd64 and has continued.
