[Installation] GRUB unable detect other operating system

I dual-boot Debian 12 and Windows 11, I recently moved to Debian from a different distro so it's recent install for that reason. Windows 11 will not appear in the GRUB boot menu. I've done what I thought would be best to attempt first, update-grub but the problem is that when I tried to mount the Windows partition I got the error saying that it was unable to be mounted because it's hibernated and not fully shut down. I'm well aware that it very likely caused by the fast start up 'feature' on Windows which I had disabled long ago (I presume Windows Update did what it does and changed it without asking). So the issue I need help with is, how to do I mount the Windows partition with fast start up having been left so I can get dual-boot functionality back?

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks :)
