Logitech Ergo K860: Lag, Multitapping, Dropouts

Hi,

I've just installed Debian 12.6 onto a MacBook 2015, and the Logitech Ergo K860 has multiple issues I would love to get some help with.

1: lag, significant enough that I notice while typing
2: multi-tapping keys, they intermittently to get "stuck" on; eg, "hellllllllloooooooo, it's greatttttttttttttttttttttttttttt to meeeeeeeeeet you."
3: dropping out, it connected with Debian quite well at first and worked for a good hour, but Bluetooth drops it after just a few minutes

I've read that different versions of the Bluetooth manager have trouble with external keyboards.

Also, Logitech has a driver/manager suite called "Options," but it doesn't have a Linux version, but I have found reference to Solaar and Logiops (https://github.com/PixlOne/logiops), but I am still pretty new, so I'm wary of throwing stuff onto my new install without knowing what it all is.

Any advice? This machine is nigh useless without an external keyboard.
