Problem with fresh Installation

Hello,

I am totally new (newbie) here. I am an avid Ubuntu and Mint user, but freshly installed Debian 12 because both, Ubuntu and Mint is debian based so I'd like to try Debian 12 for performance and stability. My expectation is security and performance using Debian 12. I mostly work on open source software like FreeCAD, Blender, Inkscape, Kdenlive and so on, but in order to use those software, system need to be updated and function properly because if I am going to Build from source any of these software, it may failed with multiple errors.

Facing problems:
1) Unable to update (sudo apt-get update)
2) No minimize or maximize button seen on any windows tab (may be not happens to everybody)
3) Strange but, Ctrl+Alt+T, to open Terminal shortcut not working.
4) Minimize shortcut (Win+D) NOT working

So I am confused, does anybody here can guide me which Debian version is more stable?

Here is the Source list output to figure out what might wrong with my installation.

Code:
