[Solved] Slow boot - repeat message: "Begin: Running /scripts/local-block ... done."

Hi, Per the title my laptop boots slowly. The message,
... runs down the page for a while then the rest of the boot process resumes.

Immediately before the message above is this line,
I'm not sure where to start with this. The eventually machine boots. It's a quality of life type thing I'm posting about.
