on my server I have my OS installed to a NVMe drive in a PCIe adapter. My server (ThinkServer TS430) refuses to boot from the NVMe drive, so I durring os installation I pith /boot on a USB drive in the back. I want to move /boot to a 100mb partiton on a sata SSD I use as a working drive, and due to booting issues I wanted to switch the system to legacy boot only. I have no issues with wiping and repartitionign the sata drive, but I'm unsure as to how I transfer /boot to it and make it use CSM (legacy) boot instead of EFI. How would I do so, and what do i need to keep an eye out on when repartitionign the drive? thanks,
annendum question: how would I rebuild a /boot partition from scratch to repair an unbootable OS?
