[Off-Topic] Fixing the time in Windows when it dualboots alongside Linux

This has been a nagging issue I've been dealing with for years, but whenever I dualboot any versions of Windows and Linux (regardless of distro), the time in Windows always gets messed up. I'm aware that this is because Windows uses localtime, whereas Linux uses UTC. In my cases, the distro's time is usually correct, but Windows' time is always off. Usually it's still within the same day, so I haven't really cared.

I have heard that this can be solved with Net Time Protocol, or forcing Windows to use UTC by editing its' Registry. Suggestions? I'm just looking to get them to agree on the time, for once, even if it means having to use 3rd party software.
