Debian Installation Boot Issue on Dell G3 15-3779 (UEFI Mode)

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble booting Debian after installation on my Dell G3 15-3779 laptop. Below are the details of the issue:

•Laptop Model: Dell G3 15-3779
•Installation Environment: UEFI mode
•Problem: After successfully installing Debian, I cannot find any bootable options in the UEFI boot sequence, and the system does not boot into Debian.

Steps I’ve Already Tried:

1.Changed SATA settings: Switched from Intel Rapid Storage to AHCI.
2.Disabled Secure Boot.
3.Adjusted boot settings: Verified that UEFI mode is enabled and not using Legacy/CSM.
4.Checked Boot Order: No bootable Debian entry found in the UEFI boot list.

I created the bootable device using standard procedures and completed the Debian installation process without any errors. However, after rebooting, it doesn’t recognize Debian in the boot options.

I ran the Debian boot repair tool and generated a report. Here’s the link to the output:

https://paste.debian.net/hidden/f0ec6093/

Questions:

1.Could this be an issue with my system configuration, or did something go wrong during the installation process?
2.What additional steps can I take to manually add the bootloader to the UEFI boot options?
3.Are there any live environment commands I can run (from the command prompt) to diagnose or fix the bootloader issue?

I’m new to Debian installations but can follow guidance if explained clearly. I’m currently able to access the live environment, so if there are any terminal commands that could help fix the issue, I’d appreciate step-by-step instructions.

Thanks in advance for any help!
