this is local network so i can't use IPv6

Code:

my local network is 192.168.1.0/24

Code:

my setup i always use local so should i change this: localnet to local?

Code:

i'd like to just capture packages by using squid , not everything on the network or firefox just packages.
apt proxy setup so only apt uses squid.
and i might get booed, catch arch packages. nmcli to second connection so during update uses squid.

i just wont to cash packages not everything, and i don't wont to block anything.

thank you very much for reading.
any help, direction, insight would be appreciated
