[Software] problem with shell history usage since v12.8 updates

Hello folks ^^)

I've got a strange problem since my servers are updated to 12.8 : when logged as ordinary user by ssh accessing the bash shell history with the arrow keys won't work !

I get this with arrow up : '^[[A' down : '^[[B' right : '^[[C' left : '^[[D

that works fine when logged as R00T by ssh btw.

what can I look at to correct this ?
