Network Help

Recently my network has slowed down a lot, i mainly use ping to understand network and ping rates are very high and sometimes alot of packets have times of more than around 20000ms. I installed wireshark and have noticed alot of RST red lines. I don't really understand much but searching online tells me something is wrong. I am not sure where to start.

I have changed my wifi passwords multiple times.

Please suggest what should i do to understand and resolve the problem.
