Headset microphone is not working (Raptor Lake P/U/H cAVS).

Hello,

I am experiencing some audio input issues on Debian Trixie (kernel 6.11.7-1 amd64) with the MATE Desktop on an Acer Nitro ANV15-5 laptop (Intel i5 13420H). The microphones of both the wired headset and the Bluetooth headset are not working. In the sound preferences app, the headphone input device is always displayed, even when the headset is not connected.

The sound output test button in the MATE sound preferences app also does not work. But the sound outputs and the internal digital microphone are functioning normally. I can't figure out whether the problem is with ALSA, PulseAudio, or something else. I tested Pipewire, but the problem persists. This issue also occurred while using Ubuntu (kernel 6.8.0-41) from a live USB. However, with Ubuntu, the Bluetooth microphone works; only the headset microphone did not function.

I would appreciate any help anyone can provide.
