[Solved] Restore Grub

Think Server TS140, BIOS update 2021?
Three hard disks with;
Windows 10 and a Linux
Windows 11 and another Linux
Debian 12 GNOME - this is a UEFI boot so that either of the Windows and any of the Linuxes can be used.

When I started the PC, the Grub Prompt was offered. So I did not have my grub menu.

Other information - this PC will only boot Windows if a drive is dual boot, unless the Linux is legacy boot, in which case legacy boot only boots the Linux.

I disconnected the other two drives and ran Boot Repair USB and ran through the deleting and reinstalling GRUB steps. The PC now boots with the options, GNU Linux and advanced.

Debian GNOME then started up, and completed an update, but I can not find the grub menu, ///etc/default/grub which I need to edit to allow OS probing and remember last used operating system.
